Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.You can request Return & Refund Service:

Within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving a product if the product has no manufacturing defect and is still in new condition.

Within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving a product if the product has a manufacturing defect.

For products with manufacturing defects, we will provide after-sales processing first, and refunds will be considered when it cannot be processed.
Return & Refund Service will not be provided where:

Obtained from a source other than www.cammusracing.com.

Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.).

Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose.

A legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.

A product sent to CAMMUS Racing for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents or scratches.

A product is not delivered to CAMMUS Racing within fourteen (14) calendar days after Return & Refund Service confirmation is sent from CANMUS Racing.

Your credit card will be credited for the price of your product , excluding shipping costs.

If the return is caused by the consumer, a consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee and tax.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
