Return Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

You can request Return & Refund Service:
  • Within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving a product if the product has no manufacturing defect and is still in new condition.

  • Within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving a product if the product has a manufacturing defect.

  • For products with manufacturing defects, we will provide after-sales processing first, and refunds will be considered when it cannot be processed.

Return & Refund Service will not be provided where:
  • Obtained from a source other than www.cammusracing.com.

  • Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.).

  • Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose.

  • A legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.

  • A product sent to CAMMUS Racing for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents or scratches.

  • A product is not delivered to CAMMUS Racing within fourteen (14) calendar days after Return & Refund Service confirmation is sent from CANMUS Racing.

  • Your credit card will be credited for the price of your product , excluding shipping costs.

  • Other circumstances stated in this policy.

Notes
  • If the return is caused by the consumer, a consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee and tax.

  • If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

  • No restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
